Why Membership?

Traditional insurance-based care reimburses for volume — not time, education, or prevention.

Our membership model allows us to:

There is:

  • A one-time enrollment fee

  • A monthly membership fee

  • Or the option to pay for the full year upfront

Membership is not insurance. It is a care access program.

    • Annual wellness exam

    • Up to 4 focused follow-up visits per year

    • Pap smear (when indicated)

    • Contraceptive counseling

    • Menstrual health support

    • STI screening coordination

    • Perimenopause & menopause care

    • Secure messaging for non-urgent questions

    • Member pricing on procedures (IUDs, removals, etc.)

    • Superbills for insurance reimbursement

    Age 21+: One-Time Enrollment Fee: $150

    Monthly Membership: $95/month OR Annual Payment: $1,080/year (save $60)

    Age under 21: One-Time Enrollment Fee: $100

    Monthly Membership: $65/month OR Annual Payment: $720/year (save $60)

    We provide collaborative, education-focused management for:

    • Hypertension

    • Thyroid disorder

    • PCOS

    • Diabetes & prediabetes

    • Menstrual disorders

    • Mood concerns (co-managed)

    • Postpartum health conditions

    • Comprehensive intake/annual wellness visit

    • Up to 6 office visits per year

      • Problem-focused visits

      • Chronic disease management

      • Medication management

      • Follow-up visits

    • Lifestyle and holistic wellness planning

    • Secure messaging for care coordination

    • Personalized care planning

    • Prescription refills (when clinically appropriate)

    • Care coordination

    • Superbills for insurance reimbursement
